Superhack for Getting Rid of Amazon Resellers for Good

The battle with unauthorized resellers is an unfortunate Dark Side of CPG success.
The more distribution you have, the less control you might have over resale.
And on Amazon resellers gone wild is a recipe for disaster.
Unauthorized resellers erode price points.
Take away your buy box.
Make unauthorized changes to your listings.
And often ruin customer experience.
They simply don't have a stake in your brand.
Give them a chance and they'll prove that to you.
But if you're firing off endless threats and filing trademark claims, well there's a better way.
Enter the Amazon Transparency Program.
When we partner with a brand.
We try to enroll every single brand into this program.
And that's whether we're doing their Amazon prep or not
It's just that great of a program
If a brand is doing any kind of scale at all
It's extremely valuable
So what is the Amazon Transparency Program?
Well it's a program that gets rid of resellers,
For good.
The program enables a special label that only the brand can print.
If inventory doesn't have that label
It gets rejected from Amazon fulfillment centers,
There's no cost for the program.
Although the labels cost about 1 to 5 cents a piece.
Now if you're thinking, “oh no not another label”.
Well, we even found a way to include the FNSKU label information.
The regular Amazon label information into the transparency label.
So there's only one label.
You just enroll in the program.
Register the ASINS you want protected.
And then print and apply the labels.
Resellers will get 60 days to sell through their remaining inventory and then they'll never be able to sell on your listings again.
So if you're wrestling with resellers, it doesn't have to be an endless battle.
Try Amazon Transparency.
Thank me later.
