The Platform

Platform availability.

Elite Insights is delivered as part of our full-service Amazon management engagement. Some platform features depend on Amazon Selling Partner API and/or Amazon Ads API authorization from your seller account; once authorized, those features activate automatically for your brand. Our application for public SP-API access — specifically the Brand Analytics, Selling Partner Insights, and Finance and Accounting roles — is currently in review with Amazon.

All Brand Analytics reporting is scoped exclusively to your brand and your products. We do not aggregate, benchmark, or compare your data against any other seller.

Managed Services

Your Elite Commerce Group account team manages the operational side of your Amazon business directly through Seller Central. These services are performed by our specialists.

  • Catalog and listing management — listing creation, attribute updates, image and A+ Content deployment, variation family management, and listing quality remediation.

  • Pricing management — competitive monitoring, MAP enforcement, list price and Business Price updates, and Buy Box optimization.

  • FBA operations — inbound shipment planning, label generation, receipt monitoring, and restock execution.

  • Inventory and AWD oversight — inventory level monitoring, replenishment planning, and upstream placement.

  • Merchant fulfillment support — for clients shipping MFN orders, including Amazon Shipping where applicable.

As additional SP-API integrations come online, the data underlying these services will surface in your Elite Insights dashboards alongside your existing reporting.

How does your team use it?

Your authorized users sign in to Elite Insights through invitation links sent by your brand admin. We support role-based access so brand owners, brand admins, and brand users see only the data scoped to your brand. Common workflows today:

  • Weekly performance review: open the brand summary tab, scan ACOS, spend, NTB sales, and budget pacing for the period you care about.

  • Budget oversight: track monthly budget pacing across accounts and view groups; compare actuals against the plan.

  • Campaign group analysis: review performance grouped the way your team structures campaigns, not the way Amazon does.

  • Cross-platform comparison: view Amazon, Instacart, and DoorDash advertising performance side by side.

  • Collaboration and follow-ups: attach row-level notes to specific months, accounts, or campaigns so your account team and your internal team stay aligned.

As reporting integrations activate with SP-API authorization, your team gains Brand Analytics search insights, account health monitoring, and settlement-based profitability views in the same dashboards, without changing how they use the platform.

Data Handling & Security

Your data is your data. Here is exactly how we handle it.

  • Scope: All Amazon Information we access via SP-API is scoped to the brand that authorized us. We do not aggregate, combine, or compare data across our clients to build benchmarks, market intelligence, or any product sold or shared with third parties.

  • Storage: Data is warehoused in Snowflake, our data warehouse provider operating under contract as a sub-processor, with role-based access controls and encryption at rest and in transit.

  • Access: Only Elite Commerce Group employees assigned to your account, and the users you invite to your brand workspace, can see your data.

  • Credentials: API credentials are managed through a secrets management system and rotated on a regular cadence. We never share access keys.

  • Incident response: We maintain a documented incident response plan with defined roles, regular reviews, and 24-hour notification procedures aligned to Amazon's Data Protection Policy requirements.

  • Sub-processors: Snowflake (data warehouse). We use Helium 10 for keyword research and competitive analysis as part of our advertising workflows; Helium 10 sources its data independently from Amazon.

We do not publish, promote, or share insights about Amazon's business derived from the data we access on your behalf.

Pricing

Elite Insights is delivered as part of an Elite Commerce Group full-service Amazon management agreement. Agreements are priced based on the scope of services, account complexity, and advertising spend under management. Access to the Elite Insights platform does not incur any additional cost to your agreement, nor is Elite Insights available as an ad-hoc product offering at this time.
