Fourth Quarter is coming in hot.
Most of you weren’t ready last year, so I’m going to make sure that doesn’t happen this year.
I’m going to give you some tips to Max selling, and then some tips to Max your Holiday Shopping.
Alright, let’s go.
Summer is officially gone.
It is now officially Fall, aka, Pumpkin Spice Season.
The days before Q4 are ticking away like seconds on a stopwatch.
But did you know this is where 𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 shopping skyrockets every year?
Digital gets its highest market share during Q4.
Digital shopping spiked to a whopping 17.9% of retail in 2024.
That’s according to a study by CapitalOne.
Q4 is where you promote, hyper target, and remarket.
Your competitors are acting like everything is set, and they’re going to let it play out.
You’re not going to do that. You’re going to 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵. Actively.
You’re going to take Market Share away from your competitors.
But you have to position now.
Here are a few items we’re encouraging among the brands we work with:
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻. 𝗗𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.
- in September, lead times go ⬆️, and storage limits go ⬇️
- Be overstocked before that happens.
𝟮. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.
- This program reduces freight shipping lead times to same-day.
- 👆Absolutely clutch during Q4.
𝟯. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿.
- The magic in Q4 is in targeted promotions.
- Email and social traffic can blow up Ecom listings.
𝟰. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
- This is where you drive every available unit OFF the shelf.
- Most of you are missing key revenue tools.
- (For example, DoorDash Ads has become a monster.)
𝟱. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀.
- Team members, services, logistics partners, etc.
- 👉 last call for alcohol.
Now, I’m going to give you my best tip for gift shopping, but please hit that like button. Super important so this video can be seen.
Alright, B𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀.
- Have your shopping lists ready before Amazon’s Fall Big Deals.
- Hot items are at a discount, and you’re not going to risk things being out of stock or skyrocketing in price.
-In addition, other retailers end up scrambling to compete with Amazon last minute, and there are some real deals out there.
- Just make sure you go in with a list. Something at a discount isn’t a deal if you don’t need it.
-You won’t finish for everyone, but you’ll make a dent, and you’ll spread that spending across a couple of months instead of having to come up with it all at once.
Billions of dollars are about to change hands.
Maybe make sure you’re on the receiving end.
Alright that’s it guys, if you want me to cover something related to digital commerce, leave me a comment.
Otherwise, we’ll see you in the next one.
