How to Crush Prime Day 2025 – 3-Step Plan for 10x Growth

Prime Day 2025 is just around the corner.


I'm going to help you 10x it.  


If you’re thinking it’s early, this clock ticks quickly.


The biggest problem I see with Prime Day every year is procrastination. You say, "I'll get to it". And then you don't.


The reason seller's procrastinate, is that they lack confidence. They aren't sure what everyone else is doing to win.


As an agency that works with almost 80 successful brands, I'm going to clear it up for you.


Now for the record, 10x isn’t just hyperbole.


10x is very reasonable during Prime Day.


AND, for the first time in Amazon history…


…Prime Day will be four days this year.


Now you can almost sleep through it and get about 3x.


But I’ve seen Brands do as much as 20x on Prime Days.


That’s when sellers approach with confidence, and take control.  


I'm going to make this crazy simple for you.  



There are really only three components of a good Prime Day Strategy.  


Stick around alllll the way to the end, because I'm going to give you numerous bonus tips to beat your competition.  


𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.


✔️ Lightning Deals.

- Downside: There’s a fee.

- Upside: They land you on the Deals Page.

- These the hardest deal to qualify for, but can be powerful.


Prime Exclusive Discounts.

- There’s technically no fee to run one through the event.

- There IS a fee to get the Prime Day Badge.

- Fewer restrictions than Lightning Deals.


Coupons.

- They increase CTR from the search page.

- They increase Conversion on the Detail Page.


✔️ Social Media Promo Codes.

- They target your brand enthusiasts.

- Amazon's algorithm LOVES off-platform traffic.


𝟮. 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆.


✔️ Amazon Advertising.

- Don’t get cute with search terms or new campaigns.

- Just lean on the same terms and campaigns as usual.

- Adjust daily budgets to support longer selling days.


✔️ TikTok or Meta Ads.

- Sales will convert at a much higher rate.

- Amazon's algorithm LOVES TikTok and Meta traffic.

- Reminder: TikTok will require a landing page.


𝟯. 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁.


- Leverage your Socials and Email Lists. HARD.

That's it.  Tackle those three basic elements, and you'll win.

Don’t: Just set and forget your deals.

Don’t: Expect a miracle because you’ve turned on a Deal.


Do: Drive traffic to your deals.

Customers won’t magically find your sales and promos.  We want to light them up.  And the more sales we DRIVE, the more Amazon will highlight them for other shoppers. 


Use pre-announcements, teasers, and reminders throughout the event.


You driving traffic is what makes the magic.
